Martha McKinley is employment Law Solicitor and Senior Associate at Stephensons Solicitors LLP, a full-service law firm with offices in Bolton, London, Manchester, St Helens and Wigan. She is based in the firm’s Middlebrook office and deals with all aspects of claimant and respondent work.

Martha also advises extensively on settlement agreements (formerly known as compromise agreements) and provide ongoing HR advice through Stephensons’ Workplace Assist and Workplace Plus packages.
