Louise Hebborn

Louise Hebborn is Commercial Partner at Stephensons Solicitors LLP, a full-service law firm with offices in Bolton, Leigh, London, Manchester, St Helens, Warrington and Wigan.

She started her training contract at the firm in September 2002, having already worked at the firm over a number of years on summer placements. She went on to qualify as a solicitor in the firm’s commercial team in September 2004. In May 2013 Louise was appointed as a partner of the firm and took up the role of the manager of the commercial department. She is supervised by Alistair Gregory.

Louise is experienced in acting for SMEs, landlords, property investors, insolvency practitioners, local authorities and housing associations in a range of both contentious and non-contentious commercial issues.

Louise has recently completed a secondment working at an organisation to improve their internal processes and collection procedures and assisted to recover a substantial amount of its outstanding ledger.
